ECM Energy has expanded its footprint with a new location in Hobbs, N.M., to provide equipment for onshore oil and gas production around the Permian Basin and the Cline shale play.

ECM Energy has expanded its footprint with a new location in Hobbs, N.M., to provide equipment for onshore oil and gas production around the Permian Basin and the Cline shale play. Hobbs is located about 100 miles from the oil activity around Midland and Odessa, Texas.

ECM has facilities in Cambridge, Ohio; Dilley and Cuero, Texas; Williamsport, Pa.; Alva, Okla.; and Clarksburg, W. Va., supplying rental equipment to the Utica, Marcellus and Eagle Ford plays, as well as the Mississippian Lime activity in Oklahoma. The company rents light towers, generators, reach forklifts, boomlifts, water trucks, traffic control equipment and pilot car services for escorting oversized hauling trucks.
