Darr Equipment, a full-service material handling and construction equipment dealer for north, east, and central Texas and all of Oklahoma, has acquired the dealerships of Adobe Equipment Houston LLC. Darr is a JCB dealer and also handles equipment from Mitsubishi, Caterpillar, Sellick, Kalmar and Jungheinrich. The company has a large rental fleet. Based in Southlake, Texas, Darr has branches in Longview, Waco and Texarkana, Texas; Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Ardmore, Okla.
Adobe Equipment has six branch locations in Houston, a branch in Beaumont and a recently opened store in Lake Charles, La. Major material handling equipment lines for Adobe include Caterpillar, Jungheinrich, Kalmar, and Nissan/Unicarriers. Adobe Equipment is also a full-service JCB construction equipment dealer.

The addition of the Adobe Equipment dealerships brings Darr’s employee count to approximately 500 with 15 branches.
