Compact Power Equipment Rental Offers Delivery at Select Home Depot Rental Stores

Compact Power Equipment Rental, a partner of The Home Depot and its rental departments, is beginning to offer delivery service in Dallas, Albuquerque, N.M., and other select markets.

Compact Power Equipment Rental, a partner of The Home Depot and its rental departments, is beginning to offer delivery service in Dallas, Albuquerque, N.M., and other select markets. Eligible rentals will be subject to a one-day rental minimum and a $39 delivery fee each way.

Delivery service will be available Monday through Saturday, with 24-hour advance notice required.

“The VIP Onsite Delivery Program provides Compact Power Equipment Rental the opportunity to delight our DIY customers who otherwise might not have the ability to tow our equipment, while also providing our professional contractor customers a cost-effective and convenient jobsite equipment delivery option,” said Richard Porter, CPER chief operating officer.

“Currently the VIP Onsite Delivery Program is live in the following markets: Denver, Tampa, Austin, Phoenix, Dallas, San Antonio, Albuquerque, Nashville, Orlando and Atlanta,” Porter told RER. “The program will be launched in a total of 14 markets by the end of 2014.”

Machines eligible for the delivery program include:

  • PT30 skid-steer loaders
  • 1-ton mini-excavators
  • Mini skid-steer loaders
  • Tractor loader backhoes
  • Boomlifts
  • 36-inch trenchers
  • 6-inch chippers

CPER operates in more than 970 locations of The Home Depot across the United States and Canada.
