Barnhart Crane & Rigging has acquired the crane assets of Eddie Johnson Crane Service, including five cranes, to its Oklahoma operations. EJCS executive Keith Johnson, a veteran of 25 years in the crane industry, is joining Barnhart, where he will be responsible for the company’s operations in Oklahoma and beyond.
“With the resources and tools available with Barnhart I can truly serve my customers with almost any rigging and transportation solution available,” said Johnson.
Barnhart Crane & Rigging, established in 1969, is a leading national supplier of crane service, engineered heavy rigging and heavy transportation solutions. In addition, Barnhart offers project cargo logistics and heavy equipment storage at its 100-acre, 700,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Memphis, Tenn. Barnhart, an ISO 9001 certified supplier, also operates terminal facilities at the Port of Memphis.
Barnhart has 24 branches in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas.
