BakerCorp, the liquid and solid containment equipment rental company owned by Lightyear Capital, last week named James Leonetti chief financial officer.

A veteran of more than 20 years in senior financial positions, Leonetti most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of Commercial Capital Bancorp, a diversified financial services company. Leonetti’s experience includes operational and finance leadership roles including treasure, SEC reporting, strategic planning and information systems.

Seal Beach, Calif.-based BakerCorp specializes in containment, pumping and filtration equipment rental. The company has more than 90 locations in the United States and internationally.
