The Rental Show 2013 increased attendance for the fourth consecutive year with 2,480 rental businesses represented, the highest number since 2006, the American Rental Association said. The total number of attendees was 5,365. Attendees came from more than 40 countries to the show at the Sands Expo and Convention Center.
“Overall the Rental Show reflects where this industry is headed,” said Christine Wehrman, CEO of the American Rental Association. “Everyone anticipated a great show because of the attitude, tone and urgency we’ve seen from attendees on buying equipment.”
Next year the Rental Show will be held Feb. 9-12 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Orlando is the No. 2 location on the Trade Show News Network list of the Top 250 Trade Shows in the U.S., ARA said.
