Allen Engineering, a leader in site prep and concrete finishing equipment, introduces its new HP205 twin-engine riding trowel at the World of Concrete. The trowel is powered by twin Kohler ER 37-hp gasoline engines to produce power, along with torque-converter clutches that provide low-speed torque for float panning, and high rotor speed for burnishing concrete.

The unit is the latest addition to Allen’s mechanical-drive riding trowel lineup.

Standard features include two 6-gallon fuel tanks for extended run time; two 57.6-inch diameter, 6-blade non-overlapping rotors; rotor speeds from 45 to 180 rpm; electric-powered spray system for retardant application; and cruise control for ease of operation.

The units, along with other Allen machines, can be seen in booths O32025 and O32035.
