Allen Engineering and ESI Enter Joint Marketing Agreement

Equipment Synergy International and Allen Engineering Corp. have entered into a joint marketing agreement and ESI president Roger Euliss will join Allen Engineering as sales director, the companies announced today. The agreement goes into effect July 1.

Equipment Synergy International and Allen Engineering Corp. have entered into a joint marketing agreement and ESI president Roger Euliss will join Allen Engineering as sales director, the companies announced today. The agreement goes into effect July 1.

Under the agreement, the two companies will share some of their sales and marketing resources to better penetrate the construction equipment rental market domestically and internationally under both the Allen and ESI brands. Both Allen and ESI plan to take their respective expertise and jointly partner with each other to gain market share.

As Allen sales director, Euliss will be responsible for growing Allen’s business in both the domestic equipment rental industry as well as the global equipment sales market. Meanwhile Euliss will continue as president of ESI. Before founding ESI, Euliss was president and chief operating officer of Multiquip, where he served for 28 years.

Allen Engineering Corp., based in Paragould, Ark., where it designs, engineers, manufactures and markets equipment used on construction jobsites by concrete placing, finishing and paving professionals. The company is family owned.

Equipment Synergy International, based in Jamestown, N.C., is a manufacturer and distributor of small to medium construction equipment, including light compaction, concrete placing and finishing, concrete cutting, dewatering pumps, portable generators and related specialized equipment. The company was founded less than two years ago by a group of construction industry professionals – including Euliss -- who collectively bring more than 100 years of industry knowledge in management, sales and marketing, and product development.
