Aggreko has acquired TuCo Industrial Products, an air conditioning equipment rental company in Lynnwood, Wash. Terms of the transaction was not disclosed.
TuCo, founded in 1979, specializes in the rental of temporary heat and air conditioning equipment to the construction, industrial, commercial and special events industries. TuCo serves customers in the Pacific Northwest including Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and southern British Columbia, including Vancouver. The acquisition will add more than 2,000 specialized assets to Aggreko’s rental fleet.
“Our growth strategy is focused on continued expansion throughout North America including the Pacific Northwest, and through targeted acquisitions such as that of TuCo,” said Aggreko’s managing director Mel Parker.
Aggreko, based in Glasgow, Scotland, has its North American headquarters in Houston, and is No. 10 on the RER 100.
