“The addition of these new boomlifts to our worldwide re-rental fleet allows our customers to source from both JLG and Genie, the two leading manufacturers of aerial equipment,” said Woody Weld, Acme Lift’s chairman and CEO.

The platform of the units hydraulically rotates 160 degrees and stays level throughout the entire range of motion. The Z-80/60 also has four-wheel drive with full-time positive traction to handle rough ground conditions. It has a maximum working height of 86 feet, reaches up to 60 feet, clears up and over objects up to 29 feet and has lift capacity of 500 pounds.

Genie is part of Terex Aerial, a division of Westport, Conn.-based Terex Corp.

Acme Lift, founded in 1997 and based in Mesa, Ariz., has a large selection of 80-, 120-, 135- and 150-foot boomlifts and the latest 8,000- to 20,000-pound telehandlers along with a fleet of truck-mounted cranes for re-rent. Acme is No. 64 on the RER 100.
