Generators Designed for Convenience
Multiquip's new GA-series generators are designed to be stronger, easier to handle and have a redesigned control panel that allows the operator to power a wider variety of tools on the jobsite. Multiquip offers seven models in this series, ranging from the 2.5 kW GA-2.5H to the GA-9.7HE that generates 9.7 kW.
Each of these gasoline-powered units is wrapped with a thick 1-inch steel frame for improved durability and additional twist-receptacles so the operator can use more tools on the job. The generators are fitted with a rugged new-look control panel and the choice of Honda GX-series or Robin EX-series industrial grade engines. All feature a recoil start while electric start is available on the GA-6HE and GA-9.7HE models.
These generators all feature voltmeters, low oil shutdown for engine protection and steel fuel tanks. For simpler transportation around the jobsite, optional wheel kits are also available. The generators range in weight from 104 pounds to 348 pounds.
“The new GA-series generators offer a new appearance and added convenience features requested by our customers,” says Juan Quiros, generator product manager for Multiquip. “The new models have an integral lifting bale as standard equipment. In addition to providing a convenient pick-up point, it lays flat when not in use.”
