All-season engine

Subaru’s All-Season engine is engineered to combine the benefits of overhead cam technology with special cold-weather features to create a multi-seasonal solution for a variety of outdoor power equipment. The 9-hp engine is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 20 degrees below zero up to 140 degrees, making it well suited for multi-season equipment such as log splitters, chippers and shredders, and lawn and turf seeders. Designed with an efficient pent-roof-type combustion chamber, the All-Season engine is able to use a high compression ratio, producing higher power and torque while limiting exhaust emissions and fuel consumption. robinamerica.com/
