The all-new super-compact Gehl model 1640E skid loader, which measures as narrow as 3-feet wide and 6.25-feet tall, is designed to maneuver through alleys, narrow doorways, aisles and corridors. The 1640E features a 24-hp Yanmar diesel engine and has an 850-pound rated operating capacity and 96 inches of lift height. It features 9.1 gpm of auxiliary hydraulic flow for powering a variety of universal-style quick-attach attachments. The new Hydraloc Automatic Interlock System increase operator safety by locking lift, tilt and drive systems when the operators leaves the seat, raises the restraint bar or turns off the ignition switch.
