E-Z Drill introduces the Model 240B SRA combo drill system. Combining the standard features of the Model 210B SRA with the capability of converting to a pneumatic core drill, the Model 240B SRA is designed for both rock drilling and core drilling applications. Featuring pneumatic operation, the core drill uses a three-speed motor (400, 900 and 1,600 rpm) and requires a minimum of 77 cfm for operation. The unit is designed to core and drill holes from 5/8-inch diameter up to 2½-inches and drill up to 18 inches deep. The 240B SRA's compact frame design allows the unit to operate in a 4-foot patch while drilling to within 6 inches of a corner.

Chicago Pneumatic's new rivet busters include a Controlled Power System designed to prevent blank firing when a unit's bumpers are 75-percent worn, thus extending equipment life and reducing replacement costs for worn or broken upper and lower sleeves. The rivet buster models include the CP 4608 and CP 4611, which deliver 8- and 11-inch tool strokes, respectively. Both rivet busters require 45 cfm of air for operation. Each model is available with either a D-type ergonomic trigger handle or a pistol handle.
