The Charles Machine Works, manufacturer of Ditch Witch underground construction equipment, introduces two new compact tool carriers to its SK line. Replacing the SK650, the new SK750 and SK755 bring several important upgrades to the market, including a new high-drive track system, a steel-protected tank, heavier bushings and other improvements.

“We are extremely excited about the new Ditch Witch SK750 and SK755 and believe they will be an excellent revenue stream for rental companies looking to expand or replace aging fleets,” says Matt Collins, compact product manager for the Ditch Witch. “These innovative new products are both productive and versatile yet maintain a small footprint, which is ideal for zero lot line work or for access in and around the home. Customers are demanding increased versatility and are looking to rent equipment that can do more than a single task on the jobsite and compact tool carriers are a perfect fit.”

Both models offer a 23-percent increase in lift capacity and a 12-percent boost in maximum drive speed. Operators will also notice new anti-fatigue pads on a 50-percent larger operator platform and an improved control layout with an optional single-level joystick. www.ditchwitch.com/
