Yancey Bros. Co. is searching for an experienced Rental Equipment Sales Manager who will spend 90% of their time in the field focusing on customer needs, increasing sales territory penetration, networking & lead generation, time & territory management, evaluating rental construction market trends, and making sure territory call & sales objectives of Sales Representatives are being met. Required Skills: Must have minimum of 3-5 years construction equipment outside sales experience in the construction rental equipment industry, with a proven track record of successful sales. Professional appearance, exceptional organization skills, supervisory and training experience, and ability to understand, present, and track market trends. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
