Sunstate Equipment Company, with more than 35 years experience as a leader in the rental of construction and industrial equipment, is seeking a Metro Sales Manager with experience in construction and industrial related industries.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong competitive spirit and be well networked within the construction and industrial markets in and around the Houston area.
Sales Management: Supports sales initiatives by constantly increasing profitable business for the company. Leads Outside Sales Representatives, by motivating, educating and directing the sales department in a challenging and fun environment.
SKILLS THAT WE VALUE:
- Outstanding relationship building and communication skills
- The proven ability to build and maintain a thriving customer base
- Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork!
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced business environment
- Solid computer skills (Typing, MS Office, Email, Windows Applications)
- Familiarity with construction/equipment industries a plus
