BRANCH MANAGER

Successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the Knoxville branch, operating within company guidelines and objectives, ensuring revenue and expense goals are met and managing rental inventory for maximum utiIization and ROI.

Requirements include college degree or 5-10 years industry experience with knowledge of construction processes and compact equipment; excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills; and basic computer skills. Prior sales experience preferred. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass background check, physical exam and drug screening.
