Position: Regional Inside Sales Representative

Location: Phoenix Arizona

Reporting to: Regional Vice President

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Sales experience in Construction or Rental Equipment Industry preferred
• The ability to work in a professional, co-operative manner with customers and employees at all levels
• Superior communication skills; both written and oral
• Superior computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently while coordinating activities with a variety of teams
• Excellent organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Regional Vice President and Territory Managers for the assigned region relative to market research and analysis
• Act as a liaison between field sales team, customers and sales administration team relative to verification of sales orders, pricing, inventory and delivery as needed
• Identify/qualify potential new customers within the region via industry publications, on line research and direct marketing
• Research local industry associations, media and data sources for indicators such as major Develop and maintain customer database consisting of current, lost and target customers
• Liaise with Product Marketing department to exchange market, product and research data and assist in the collection of data from the field for customer surveys and various reports as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
