Skyjack Inc., a world leader in the Aerial Equipment Industry, is recruiting a Regional Vice President Sales for the North Eastern US area.

Responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers within the region ensuring that targets and goals are set to assure attainment of annual sales objectives, revenue growth and profitability.  Responsible to actively participate in forecast meetings on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, to assure production levels accurately reflect opportunity in the region, as well as developing and negotiating business plans and proposals for trade packages with large regional customers in the assigned region.   The successful candidate will develop and grow long-term relationships with Sr. field level management at all National Account Customers.  Extensive travel is also required in this role.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent education and experience. Five plus years of proven sales management experience, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry. As well as being a superior communicator with a high sense of urgency, strong business acumen, the right   candidate possesses a solid strategic vision related to regional and North American growth.  In addition, the candidate will be proficient in the use technology including the Microsoft office suite and CRM software.

Candidates should reside in the territory or be willing to relocate.  This position also requires periodic travel to Canada and will require a valid passport and a clean driver’s abstract.
