Travel within the region frequently to communicate, motivate, and participate in training of manufacturer reps to assure all aspects of customer satisfaction remain at a high level.

Requirements include: minimum of 5 years of sales management experience within manufacturing; BS in sales, marketing or equivalent is required. Can demonstrate success in leading and managing a sales team.
