Open CFO Position

Vacant position for a diversified $150M family owned business.
Supervise accounting staff, interact with stake holders, outside
accountants, bankers, insurers, lawyers and challenge managers of
operations to perform at their peak. Salary package $150K+.

Requirements

5+ years experience. CPA. Proficient in all facets of financial and
accounting systems. Good people and leadership skills. Current with latest
accounting rules. CIO experience and distribution business exposure is a plus.
