We have opportunities in both Houston, Texas and Ventura, California. These are Senior Customer Experience Professional positions dedicated to providing top tier service to the Noble Iron customer base. The Customer Experience Professionals are vital to the company and core to achieving our goals and objectives.
Qualified applicants will have:
- An outgoing personality with an above average ability to Problem Solve, make Recommendations and Execute
- The desire to own the Noble Iron Customer and every Communication touch point
- A passion for Customer Contact – both incoming and executing Business Development outgoing programs
- Previous Construction Equipment experience in a Customer Service setting
- Professional verbal and non-verbal Communication skills
