Product Support Representative, Fresno, CA

MEC Industrial Products, the manufacturers of high quality Aerial Work Platforms and Material Handling Equipment is currently seeking a bright, energetic technician to fill the position of Product Support Representative in the Fresno area of Central California. Your duties will include; provide our customers with technical support by phone and/or e-mail, provide customer training and assist in Research & Development of new products. The applicant must have extensive knowledge and working experience with D/C electrical and hydraulic systems, must be able to comfortably read schematics diagrams and have a positive attitude and customer service background. Fluency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is a plus. In return, we offer training, top pay and benefits, 401K plan and a positive work environment in a growing company.
