Compact Construction Sales Manager – Western U.S.

H&E Equipment Services is interviewing to hire a Compact Construction Sales Manager for the Western Region of the United States. Products that this Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting include: Compact Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Compact Track Loaders, Compact Wheel Loaders, Compact Bulldozers, and Backhoe Loaders.
 
This position will be responsible for all phases of sales management including: recruiting and training compact construction sales professionals, preparing sales budgets, establishing sales and rental goals, working directly with manufacturer representatives, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Solid equipment sales background.
• Minimum 5 years experience construction equipment distribution.
• PROVEN TRACK RECORD of sales success.
• Excellent customer, territory, budget, and employee management skills.
• Aggressive, dynamic personality helpful.
• Goal-oriented, team player, sales driven.
