Director of Customer Growth - Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to increase customer base growth at H&E’s branch operations corporate-wide by coordinating and executing highly effective and productive sales blitzes. The selected candidate will work closely with both Divisional VP’s and Branch Managers to coordinate one blitz per location, per year with the intent of implementing an on-going blitz schedule for each store. They will be responsible for developing/coordinating all aspects of the process.
