• solid branch operations background with strong retail sales, rental, service and parts management experience
• minimum 5 years experience in branch management
• branch startup experience helpful
• proven track record of successfully generating branch revenue
• excellent customer, territory, budget, cost control and employee management skills
• aggressive, dynamic personality helpful
• people-oriented, sales driven
