H&E Equipment Services is seeking an experienced, executive-level manager to oversee and manage its Texas and Oklahoma operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have previous regional and branch management experience in the construction equipment industry.
• Solid understanding of equipment rentals, sales, parts and service.
• PROVEN TRACK RECORD of successfully generating revenue and profitability.
• Must be capable of training management personnel in policy, procedures, proper use/analysis of reports, etc.
• Aggressive, dynamic personality helpful.
• People-oriented, sales driven.
• Must be able to travel frequently and relocate if necessary.
