Equipment Rental Coordinator - CAT Rental Store
EQUIPMENT RENTAL COORDINATOR:
POSITIONS CURRENTLY OPEN IN: TOLEDO, YOUNGSTOWN, CADIZ AND AKRON/CANTON, OH
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
This position will be the primary contact for all customers, salesmen and other company personnel for the CAT Rental Store. This person will process orders for rental and sales, creating, reviewing, quoting and maintaining all rental invoices and agreements with accuracy and timeliness. Assist the Rental Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Rental and Sales Departments by maximizing fleet utilization through effective scheduling and the control of maintenance and repair of the rental fleet.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills – customer oriented – high energy level – able to handle multiple tasks – organized and detail oriented – a self-starter.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Education, type of experience, # of years experience, specialization, technical, knowledge, requirement.):
2-3 years industry experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of CAT equipment or Rental Industry Equipment required
Strong customer service skills;
Excellent computer skills. Microsoft Office programs
Bachelors Degree Preferred
