RENTAL MANAGERS

Caterpillar's Latin America Commercial Division (LACD) is seeking experienced rental professionals who will be responsible for supporting the Caterpillar dealer network of Cat Rental Stores. Caterpillar Inc., the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years rental industry experience, preferably with region or branch-level experience in operations or management. A college degree is required.

Candidates must possess strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Language skills (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus. Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment. Travel will be required.
