In addition to the U.S. and Canada, The Cat Rental Store has locations in Mexico, Central America, South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia, India, CIS and China. We are looking for experts in rental operations to help Cat Rental Store locations with;

• Staffing levels (revenue per employee for sales and technical positions).
• Facility planning and layout.
• Equipment turnaround (called off to rent ready).
• Lowering maintenance and repair expense by asset category.
• Financial analysis of rental operations.
• Fleet sizing, aging, and mix of equipment.
• Application of Cat and Allied product on job sites.
• Effective use of The Cat Rental Store brand.
  

Positions are available both in North America (Peoria, IL) and abroad. Candidates must be strong leaders that can positively affect change. A four-year degree is preferred and 5+ years of experience in the rental business is required. Travel will be 25-40%. Excellent salary and benefits packages.
