Oversees the Tri-City and Lewiston rental areas with responsibility for leading the branches to meet annual business objectives and dealer excellence goals through superior customer service. High School graduate required. College degree preferred. Outstanding capabilities in leadership and human resource management required. Previous management experience required, preferably in Caterpillar service or parts area. Proven customer service skills and acceptable driving record required. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and overnight travel required. Must reside in Tri-Cities and work out of our Pasco branch.
