· Rental growth and profitability
· Process improvement and efficiency
· Cost management
· Asset management
· Financial analysis of rental operations
· Fleet sizing, aging, and mix of equipment
· Machine application on jobsites
· Effective use of The Cat Rental Store brand

Current openings include Canada and select U.S. markets.

Candidates must be strong leaders that can positively affect change.A four-year degree and 5+ years of experience in the rental businessis required. Travel will be 25-40 percent.
