The successful candidate will have experience as a Branch Manager within the Construction Equipment Rental and Sales industry and be responsible for the financial and operational management of an equipment rental facility. The Branch Manager will create and implement strategic business plans and oversee operations and sales/marketing activities maximizing operating results while ensuring alignment with the corporate mission and goals. Admar Supply is the largest independently owned construction equipment rental and sales company in the State of New York.

Requirements: Successful candidates must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a leadership style that motivates and challenges people to work as a team toward process improvement. Candidates must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and actively demonstrate a customer-centered focus. Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize, and multi-task is essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years prior operations management experience in a construction-related or industrial equipment rental/sales or service company needed.
