Essential Functions: Lead the team in excellent customer service practices; oversee delivery, inventory, and maintenance of rental equipment; review financial reports to ensure efficient and profitable operation of department; coach, schedule, and evaluate employee performance.

Requirements: Knowledge of tools and equipment; mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service and computer skills; supervisory experience; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; and ability to lift 50 lbs.
