Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., a provider of pumps, pumping equipment, engineering expertise and rental, has launched a new and improved website at www.thompsonpump.com.
The new website offers improved navigation and expanded information on Thompson Pump products, services and support. The new website features a faster, easier and more efficient visit experience, while providing more readily accessible and useful information, the company said.
Revisions include easier-to-navigate drop-down menus, more extensive customer options including enhanced site search and location search capabilities and customer feedback sections that allow Thompson Pump to provide information more quickly to customers.
“The new website allows us to focus our efforts on the customer, by enhancing communications and ultimately ensuring that information and resources are more readily available to our growing customer base,” said Thompson Pump president Bill Thompson.
A family-owned company based in Port Orange, Fla., Thompson Pump operates 20 rental, sales and service centers in the United States and is No. 62 on the RER 100.
