Terex Launches E-Literature Application

April 17, 2013

Terex this week launched its Terex eLiterature application to make accessing information about the company’s equipment easier. Available to download free on iPads and iPhones via the Apple store, Terex eLit allows users to view up-to-date specification sheets and brochures for every Terex product. The convenient app was developed as part of a wider Terex commitment to extend customer support beyond its products.

By performing simple one-touch gestures, Terex eLit users are able to download and browse multiple product brochures and specification sheets, which are then available to access offline. For example, hitting one icon will download the entire Terex portfolio, which can be viewed even when there is no Internet access. The emailing facility also makes it easy to share documents with colleagues and prospective customers.

“We’re excited to bring this new technology to our customers as they will benefit from the resulting service improvements right away,” said Kevin Janco, vice president Terex corporate marketing. “Terex eLit will allow our team members to respond to requests faster with the latest information. In addition, this state-of-the-art tool means team members can devote more time to their customers and less time organizing data and searching for information.”

Downloads are available in English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.

To access Terex eLit, visit the Apple store and search for “Terex eLiterature” or visit elit.terex.com.

The eLit application is currently not available for Android devices.
