The Point-of-Rental Systems Customer Portal allows account customers to have instant access to their online statements/invoices as well as to review or print their contracts. In addition to a newly redesigned skin and enhanced summary page showing the current balance and aging report, the portal now allows customers to view details and track items that have been rented out as well as to “call off” rent on individual items. Other helpful information such as PO #, Job # and jobsite are also shown for each contract. Finally, a new payment module will allow customers to make online payments 24/7.
