Peabody, Mass., rental company Ciano Discount Rentals has partnered with online marketing firm Prospect Genius to enhance its Internet visibility and accessibility. Ciano hopes the partnership will help it more effectively market its forklift, Bobcat and dumpster rentals and other services by giving it greater visibility on Internet search engines.
Using a process known as search engine optimization, Prospect Genius will improve Ciano Discount Rentals’ search engine ranking, helping the company’s Web site to display more prominently on search engine results pages. Going forward, when Peabody residents and contractors query a major search engine like Google, Bing, or Yahoo! using keywords like “dumpster rental,” “snow removal,” and “construction equipment rental,” they should be presented with Ciano Discount Rentals among the top search engine results.
“Studies have shown that sites in the top two or three search engine results get the most clicks following the search,” said Matt Gallo, a senior Internet marketing strategist for Prospect Genius. “Our goal is to push Ciano Discount Rentals and all of our clients toward those coveted top slots for relevant queries in their industry.
