JLG Launches Improved Website

JLG Industries, the world’s largest manufacturer of aerial work platforms and telehandlers, has launched a new global website, www.jlg.com, featuring increased content, easier navigation and streamlined access to information about the company, its products, and its services in 22 languages. The site’s responsive design enables it to be viewed on any device, JLG said.

The new website invites visitors to select one of 29 countries in eight regions, making it easier for them to find solutions for their region. The site also features multiple ways to locate equipment specifications, literature and images.

“The new JLG site allows visitors to find the information they need quickly and easily,” said Alan Loux, JLG Industries vice-president of marketing. “Now customers can access the JLG site from a variety of devices – computers, tablets and mobile phones – and be assured of a consistent experience with all the same information, regardless of the device. We’ve built a framework to deliver what we believe is a best-in-class experience across all channels worldwide.”

New equipment selection tools will facilitate customers more easily identifying the equipment best suited for their specific applications.

“For those who are unfamiliar with our product offerings, the site poses a number of questions to guide them in the selection process,” added Loux. “With this site, we truly are reaching out to customers and potential customers with as much information and guidance as we can provide in a format that is easy to navigate.
