With the introduction of 3D animation, Flash, new video clips and content tailored to the user type (homeowner, professional, rental and paving) visitors can view product demonstrations and select content that is relevant to their needs.
The site features a one-click navigational tool that sits on the site for use on an "as you need it" basis. Users can select and print literature that is product specific or read frequently asked questions. Current Billy Goat equipment owners can also fill out warranty registration forms online.
The updated site also provides customer support to its users, and is updated regularly.
