Buhler Joins Weidemann

RENTAL EQUIPMENT REGISTER STAFF

Buhler Industries, the manufacturer of Allied Farm King agricultural equipment, has joined Weidemann GmbH & Co., Flechtdorf, Germany, to introduce a new line of wheel loaders to North America.

The Weidemann line of equipment has sold more than 25,000 tractors throughout Europe since it was founded in 1960, company officials say.

"The characteristics of this equipment provide an opportunity for significant efficiencies in North American agriculture and industry," said John Buhler, CEO and chairman of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada-based Buhler Industries.
