Two-section boom telehandlers

Caterpillar’s TH406 and TH407 telehandlers have rated load capacities of 8,100 pounds, with a two-section boom, delivering a 20-foot lift height on the TH406 and 24-foot on the TH407. The units replace the TH220B and the TH330B in the Caterpillar line. Both machines are powered by the Cat C4.4 diesel engine, meeting Tier-3 emissions requirements. The turbocharged, after-cooled engine produces 100 hp in a mechanically controlled configuration and 125 hp in an electronically controlled configuration. The units incorporate load-sensing hydraulics, with the ability to operate all three boom functions simultaneously and proportionally.
