RER Spotlights Scaffolding

Beta Max

Beta Max introduces the Scaff-Trac Mounting System, which is designed for attaching Beta Max wire rope hoist to conventional walk-through frame scaffolds. The Scaff-Trac hangs just under the horizontal members of a frame scaffold using Beta Max saddles and pins. The Scaff-Trac works with frame scaffold using either 7-foot or 8-foot cross braces and allows the load to be rolled back into the scaffold for unloading. Multiple pin configurations are available, allowing the user flexibility to mount the system to most brands of frame scaffold. The Scaff-Trac allows a maximum lifting capacity of 1,200 pounds and maximum cantilever of 3 ½ feet.

Instant UpRight

The Sprint Span 500 AdvanceGuard system is a one-piece guard rail that is integral to the tower build, which forces the tower user/erector to fit the guardrail as the tower is built. The one-piece guard rail replaces loose braces, reducing the number of components required to build a safe mobile tower and improving both safety and speed of erection.

Alimak Hek

The Hek Modular System is designed to reduce the number of components and maximize exchangeability of components between different machine types. The new mast-climbing transport platform product is broken down into three ranges: light, medium and heavy. Within each range, using three basic components, a series of various machines can be configured consisting of mast-climbing work platforms and transport platforms. All models operate on the same basic components. An Alimak mast and a single-drive unit can be assembled to configure either a mast-climbing work platform or a transport platform, thus reducing the initial investment. The system is designed for higher lifting capacity and work platform areas are flexible and can be specified for each individual project.
