The environmentally friendly engine is designed for use with hot pressure washers, concrete saws, lawnmowers and small oil pumps used in oil drilling operations. Offering a 25-hp output, the engine is designed to provide the same power offering as standard gasoline engines, while reducing harmful emissions and remaining EPA/CARB compliant.

Toyota Material Handling introduces a line of 8-Series lift trucks, which includes 3,000- to 6,500-pound internal combustion cushion and pneumatic tire models. The lift trucks come equipped with Toyota's 4Y engine that features a closed-loop fuel system design that automatically adjusts and optimizes the air-fuel mixture ratio. As a result, the models are designed to produce 70-percent less smog-forming emissions than the 2007 federal EPA standards. The emission system also meets the 2010 CARB emission standards.
