Stellar Industries' new X-Tra-Lift Utility Pro loading device for full-size, dual rear-wheel chassis has a cab-to-axle measurement of 60 inches. The Utility Pro package includes a hydraulic/electric X-Tra-Lift loading system with a 1,300-pound lifting capacity and a 9-foot-long Knapheide Manufacturing brand utility body. It offers the versatility of a utility body for storage of tools and parts with the convenience of the loading device. The X-Tra-Lift loads and unloads up to 1,300 pounds of payload while remaining level with the ground, and is stable at any level of the load cycle.
“The X-Tra Lift is a lifting device like no other because you can load and unload equipment from any level,” says Gary Bomstad, director of new product development for Stellar Industries. “It's a very safe and efficient way to move equipment and product.”
Many options are available for the X-Tra-Lift, including a wireless remote control, casters, tie downs, various loading platforms and carriers, lights and paint. The X-Tra-Lift is designed for many delivery applications needing a lifting apparatus for loading and unloading items. The loading device can also be purchased separately for installation on most domestic full-size pickup truck boxes.
Rental centers can use the X-Tra-Lift for equipment delivery, or rent the machine to customers for their own use. Bomstad says that the lift enables loading applications to be done with fewer people. “It's an easy to use, simple machine and very trouble free,” Bomstad says.
