Volvo Construction Equipment Rents last week announced the signing of a franchise agreement for a new Volvo equipment rental center in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Canada.

Rocky Rentals, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, has entered into a Volvo CE Rents franchise agreement to own and operate independent Volvo CE Rents centers in Rocky Mountain House. The new equipment rental center, the second Volvo CE Rents rental franchise in Alberta and the third under contract in Canada, will open for business within the next few weeks. Principal owners of the new franchise are Clayton Ness and Douglas Baumann.

Volvo CE Rents, which began its equipment rental franchise initiative in 2001, now has equipment rental centers open in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, California, Tennessee, Ohio, South Carolina, Louisiana, New York, Minnesota, Arkansas, New Jersey, Alabama, Kentucky, Illinois, New Mexico, Washington, Pennsylvania, Texas, Mississippi and Maryland.
