Home Depot Canada has agreed to acquire Litemor Distributors, the country’s largest lighting distributor as part of a move to bolster sales to commercial and industrial customers, Canada’s Globe and Mail reported last week. The deal is expected to close within 30 days.

Montreal-based Litemor grosses more than $100 million in annual sales and operates in 11 locations in Canada and two in the United States.
