Hanover Compressor Co., a major provider of service, fabrication and equipment for oil and natural gas processing and transportation applications, announced last week that it has reached an agreement in principle to sell the compression rental assets of its Canadian subsidiary, Hanover Canada Corp., to Universal Compression Canada, for about $57 million. The company expects the transaction to be final today.
