Foley Inc., the Caterpillar dealer in northern New Jersey and Staten Island, N.Y., last week promoted Michael Held to vice president of marketing, human resources and information technology. The company’s marketing director since 2001, Held has been instrumental in working with Caterpillar Strategic Consulting during the formation of Foley’s strategic plan. Held will be responsible for aligning Foley’s resources and capabilities with the needs of customers to support their business growth.
